Music
I began studying and playing piano at the age of five and starting tinkering around with music composition at around nine years of age. Music has always been my passion and I love any chance to sit in front of a piano and play. (At our church I am there usually late in the evenings on Wednesday nights and I often have the sanctuary to myself and the grand piano just calls to me! :-)
I’ve had the opportunity to write original works for Dr. Maya Angelou and Erin Brokovich for keynote speaking here in Columbia and I’ve written a few pieces for television programs aired on WIS Television. At any rate, here is some of my music available for your listening pleasure. Feel free to leave some comments and let me know what you think about my music! I give my music away for free because God has graced me with the ability to play and write music. I want to share it with everyone to enjoy. So download all you want, make copies and enjoy! I only ask that you not use the music for commercial projects without my permission. (And I usually say yes! :-))

So…..what DON’T you do? Just listened to some of your music. My favorite musical instrument, by far, is the piano. Blessings….
You know… I’ve listened to your music over and over again, here at home, at the office, and in the car. Every time I hear “Angie’s Song” it takes my breath away and gives me a heavy chest. Absolutely phenomenal stuff Jay. Phenomenal!

Hi David,
Angie’s song is definitely one of my favorites! I wrote that for my wife many years ago and I think what makes that song work is its haunting simplicity!
Thanks for stopping by!!!
Surfing on prayer and came across your site. Great. Will give some serious listening and comment.
