Soli Deo Gloria (2008-2010)
As many of my visitors to this blog and friends know I am a musician and have arranged and written music for much of my life. I’ve wrapped up another “internet album” that features a collection of hymns remixed with both orchestral arrangements as well as some lighter, less powerful mixes. I thank God for giving me the ability to play and write and so I love to give my music away for all to enjoy (or critique). So, here is my latest album entitled “Soli Deo Gloria” for it is all to His glory and praise. I hope you enjoy and would love to get your feedback!

Yep, the English Standard Version (ESV) of the Bible is now available (I’m guessing for a limited time) for free for several platforms including online, for the Kindle, eSword and the iPhone/iPod Touch. This is one of the best translations of Scripture out there and way to go Crossway for making this available for free.
To download it for your platform, check out this post: http://theologica.blogspot.com/2009/03/free-esv.html

Do you see the lack of morality in people who call themselves Christians? Do you see open and unrepentant sin among many people who are members of your church? Why do we see people join a church but they soon stop attending any services? What are we to do, and is there anything we can do? Have you always been told that the Bible says for you not to judge? If the Bible says not to judge, then what is all the talk lately about church discipline?
Holly Ridge Baptist Church will have Jeff Noblit speak on church discipline. This is a must hear. Visit Holly Ridge Baptist Church’s site to learn more about this conference and to register online.

Three friend of mine who share a passion for the glory of God have come together and we’ve created a new blog called “Reformed Brethren“. (No ,this blog isn’t going anywhere anytime soon Lord willing.) This new blog will cover all kinds of topics from book reviews, current trends in the church to theological discussions. The site is only a few days old so far but please do bookmark it and add it to your frequented blogs. Yours truly will be contributing there often! :-) So go take a look!
Thought I would share a few web links with some great resources…
Enjoy!
