Jay,
I almost didn't finish reading this particular post until I reached the paragraph that began, "With the thousands of reasons I could give you for the joy I have in my wife I will tell you what brings me the most ultimate joy - her growing daily into the image of Christ." I was hooked...and continued to read. If ever there was a literary glimpse of deep love and true romance into your marriage, this was surely it. To love someone so deeply BECAUSE they love someone else (God) MORE is truly remarkable. As you stated, there are no perfect marriages, but there surely are perfect moments in marriages.

PS: I'll keep C.A.'s cousin and wife in my prayers. After 41-1/2 years of marriage, I've learned that foregiveness and reconciliation are an on-going process.

Hi Christy,
Please know that prayer is lifted up for your cousin. Know that their problems are not too big for God - nothing is impossible for Him. Stay prayerful!

I stumbled on this post. I am asking for prayer for my cousin and his wife. They are both in their 50s and getting a divorce. I know they have been married for at least 30 yrs. It grieves me so badly. In essence, they are saying that this is too big for God. It makes me so sad. Thank you for speaking the truth.
